- Public Grievance Cell started functioning at Alappuzha District Collectorate 24 hours every day. Public can give the complaints by dialing 0477-2238630 or by e-mail to dcalp.ker@nic.in. The complaints received will be forwarded to the concerned office and redressed within 14 days.
